• Stock Availability: We do our best to ensure product availability, but some items may sell out or be unavailable after placing an order. In such cases, we will notify you and offer an alternative or a refund.

3. Orders and Payments

• Order Placement: By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected item(s). All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
• Payment Method: We currently only offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as the payment method. You will pay the total amount in cash to the courier upon delivery of your order.
• Order Cancellation: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After this period, we reserve the right to refuse cancellation requests if the order has already been processed or shipped.

4. Shipping and Delivery

• Shipping: We offer shipping throughout Pakistan. Shipping fees and delivery times may vary depending on your location and the size of your order.
• Delivery: Roon.pk is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed, especially during peak seasons.
• Lost or Damaged Goods: If an item is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue, and depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement or refund.
